The QuadBasecamp 3105’s four acres are shared with a small but spirited crew. Alpacas and Nigerian Dwarf goats are on entertainment duty and roam the pasture in full view of the site. Ducks and chickens are hard at work producing eggs for the farm stand. Your hosts, Saylem & Troy, are here to make sure your Farm Glamping stay at Basecamp 3105 is enjoyable.

Nigerian Dwarf goats with enormous personalities are sure to entertain as they frolic and play.

Yes — completely. We host one group at a time. When you book, the four tents, cookhouse, fire pit, and all shared spaces are exclusively yours.
We love animals, but to keep our resident alpacas and goats comfortable, we ask that guests leave their pets at home.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available — just reach out.
We’ve handled the kitchen, bedding, and fireside setup. Bring food, beverages, toiletries, sunscreen, layers for cool evenings, and hiking footwear. A full packing list is in your booking confirmation.
We have basic Wi-Fi in the Quad area — fast enough to check messages, slow enough to encourage you to look up.
Full refund for cancellations 14+ days before arrival. 50% refund for cancellations 7–13 days before. No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before arrival.
